From my 2018 Jade/Grizz litter
Diane,
we wanted to take time and write to you to thank you and tell you how grateful we are to have found someone as honest, caring and devoted as you are! Archer is now 7 weeks old and is such an AMAZING pup!
In December of 17’ we had just recently lost one of our companions due to cancer. We knew after a couple weeks that we diffidently needed another fur baby! After doing tons of research on breeders (Looking into shed hunting for backgrounds) we Found North Idaho Antler Dogs. We immediately contacted Diane via E-mail and she was very quick to respond back to us and within a few days we sent off a deposit for North Idaho Antler Dog Jade’s litter that was due to arrive April 1st 2018.
As time went on (even before Jade was bred) I had tons of questions that we e-mailed back and forth about and Diane was always quick to respond! Once Jade went for breeding and had a confirmed ultrasound Diane kept in touch with us to give updates and once in labor and puppies were being born. We were so thankful for the contact as we have 3 kiddos who were told Christmas morning they would be getting another Four legged fur brother J that couldn’t wait to hear and see pictures.
Once the puppies were born we got pictures of the pups. We told Diane what we were looking for in our puppy so that she could determine what puppy would be the best fit for our family!
Now, I must say that not being able to go and physically see and hold your new puppy in person is SO HARD! But, what I can say is this, the excitement not just my husband and I but our 3 kiddos ages 10, 6 and 3 had the morning that we got to go and pick him up was HUGE! It was almost emotional being able to see him. Pictures are awesome and we were so thankful for them but nothing beats waiting MONTHS and then the feeling of finally being able to see him, feel him and hear him and don’t forget THE PUPPY BREATH!!!!!
We had a long drive home which we thought was going to be tough on a new puppy but Mr. Archer did phenomenal! We surprisingly had to wake him up when we stopped to have him go potty. We have had him home since Saturday the 12th and he hasn’t had a simple accident in the house. He does pretty well in the kennel but he is also super spoiled! We are working with him some with the Sheds but since he is so young he more just chews on one of them and then we also put a string on it and have him follow it around the yard! Here are a few pictures of him now and we will give updates as he grows!
Again, thank you so much Diane with North Idaho Antler Dogs for such an amazing experience!
